  • Why Do I Need To Register To Shop

  • Creating an account with us means you can shop faster and keep track of your orders and returns in MY ACCOUNT.

  • Why Is My Order On Hold

  • All orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this we will contact you via the email provided on your order. When placing an order online please ensure your billing name and address matches exactly as it appears on your card statement. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so we can contact you if necessary. Additional ID may be requested to confirm your order. Failure to provide this may result in your order being cancelled.

  • I’ve Forgotten My Password and Can’t Log In

  • Please click email us and we will send you a password reminder.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept

  • Since we accept payments via PayPal any payment method processed by PayPal can be used (PayPal accounts, all major credit cards, Visa Electron, etc)

  • Can I Cancel My Order

  • If you’ve changed your mind, please email us as soon as possible – we are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

  • Can I Change My Order Once It Has Been Placed

  • For Private Clients:We are unable to alter orders that have already been made. This includes altering or adding items or changing the delivery method.

    For Industry Clients: We will review orders and details before proceeding with the order.

  • Why Has My Order Been Cancelled

  • Your order may have been refunded if the item(s) you ordered were out of stock. We will always contact you via email if this is the case. Please click email us if additional information is required.

  • Can I Order From Overseas

  • Yes, we ship to many locations worldwide. Cost and delivery time will depend on location. Please visit the Delivery section for more information.

  • What Is Your Exchange Rate For Overseas Orders

  • All orders are processed to match our price list in US dollars. Since we handle payments with Paypal, all transactions and currency exchanges are processed by Paypal directly.

  • The Item I Want Isn’t Available Online.

  • We do restock certain styles depending on demand. Kindly send us an inquiry at inventory@fashiontrendleaders.com in order to receive information on this regard.

  • When Will My Order Be Processed

  • We aim to process all orders received before 3pm (EST) on the same day, and orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day. All orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, we will contact you via email. Additional ID may be requested to confirm your order. Failure to provide this may result in your order being cancelled.

  • How Do I Use A Promo or Coupon Code

  • On the shopping cart page, enter your code into the Coupon Code box.

  • What Is Pre-Order

  • Some of our most exclusive and high-demand pieces are available for pre-order.

    Please contact us at preorder@fashiontrendleaders.com and we will handle your request directly via our sales office in Atlanta. Please note payment will be taken at time of purchase.

  • Our site meets all highest standards in security thanks to the fact that we decided to process all our orders via PayPal. We guarantee all terms of security and privacy related to your data.

    Shipping.

    For items shipped from Italy we use DHL.

    For all items shipped from our warehouse in the US we adopt FEDEX.

    Different shipping methods can be accepted if requested in advance.
